BSI President Michael Klatt’s career in international broadcasting has brought him to a unique variety of projects and locales. Whether as a host broadcaster, broadcast rights holder, production consultant or producer/director, Klatt has demonstrated a consistent ability to attain cost effective and innovative production goals for employers and BSI clients alike.
After a successful career in US domestic sports television, Klatt has gone on to hold significant production and administrative roles for twelve Olympic Games, including five as host broadcaster and seven as the U.S. rights-holder. He has also had comparable responsibilities on similarly scaled events including the Paralympic Games, the Goodwill Games, the Pan American Games and the U.S. Olympic Sports Festival.
As president and executive producer of Broadcast Solutions International, Klatt has been responsible for the successful turnkey delivery of the host broadcast of several Olympic sport world championships. Additionally, BSI and Klatt have served as production consultants to a number of international sports organizations including Olympic Broadcasting Services, Relevent Sports, CrossFit Inc. and several world championship organizing committees and their host broadcasters
